Appropriate consumption of spicy foods, such as ginger, onion, garlic and other spicy foods, can promote gastrointestinal motility and can also relieve heat in the body, so they can be consumed appropriately. Drink a certain amount of water, drink hot water before breakfast, and consume at least 2,000 ml of water per day. You can also add a little pure honey to the water to prevent the stool from drying up, but use a small amount as the standard. Abdominal massage, starting from the lower right abdomen, do clockwise massage with gentle force, 10 to 20 circles each time, 2 to 3 times a day, can help relieve abdominal bloating.
