How to unclog the milk hole with a needle

Breast milk is the best way to feed babies. Exclusive breastfeeding is not only safe but also very simple. Due to differences in individual physical fitness, many mothers are born with insufficient milk, so there is a distinction between grass-fed mothers and dairy cow mothers. Although the amount of breast milk is a factor that affects exclusive breastfeeding, milk duct obstruction is also a key issue that affects exclusive breastfeeding. How can mothers clear milk duct obstruction?

To get the baby to suck more, you can now massage the breasts. The method is for the mother to put the thumb on the nipple, above the nipple, the ring finger on the nipple, just below the nipple, and the other fingers to hold the breasts. Use your thumb and ring finger to press towards the sternum. Keep your fingers still during pressing and do not slide on the skin. The pain should gradually ease.

Why does the child vomit after eating milk?

1. The nipple hole is too large. When a baby spits up milk, the mother should first check her nipple. If the nipple hole is too large, it is easy for the baby to inhale a lot of air when breastfeeding. When the air escapes from the baby's stomach to the top, it will bring the milk out, which is called baby spitting up.

2. The baby’s milk intake is unbalanced. Some mothers breastfeed their babies irregularly. Sometimes the breastfeeding lasts for a long time, causing the child to eat too much; sometimes the breastfeeding lasts for a short time, causing the baby to not eat enough. This will lead to an imbalance in the amount of milk the baby eats, making the stomach movement lack of regularity, which will cause the baby to spit up milk.

3. Gastric torsion. Gastric torsion is a digestive disorder in which the baby's stomach becomes upside down, with the mouth facing downward and the bottom facing upward. It is also a common cause of spitting up in babies.

In addition to the above-mentioned methods of unblocking the nipple, mothers should pay attention to exercise, walk more, and improve their blood circulation, which is beneficial to the unblocking of the nipple. At the same time, some dietary therapy methods can also be used to achieve the effect of milk unblocking. Once the nipple is blocked, some measures must be taken in time to avoid adverse effects on mothers and babies.
