34 weeks abdominal pain

34 weeks abdominal pain

Pregnancy is indeed a difficult journey. In the early stages of pregnancy, you will feel nauseous and retching, and in the later stages of pregnancy, your belly will get fat, which will affect your movements. In fact, in addition to the physical burden, the greater burden is the psychological burden. For example, in the early stages of pregnancy, one has to worry about fetal arrest or miscarriage. In the late stages of pregnancy, one has to worry about premature birth. The most worrying thing is bleeding or stomach pain. The baby is not considered full-term until the 37th week of pregnancy. The baby can be born at any time and anywhere, but during this period we have to worry about the baby's lack of oxygen. So in general, is it normal to have frequent dull pain in the abdomen during the 34th week of pregnancy?

In the early stages of pregnancy, I think all expectant mothers have felt a dull pain in the abdomen, which is caused by the growth of the uterus pulling on the cruciate ligament. In fact, the uterus also grows in the late pregnancy, and the baby grows fast at this time, and the uterus grows faster. If it is compressed around or the ligament is pulled, the abdomen will feel dull pain, but the pain will not be very obvious, and the time will not be very regular, sometimes there is pain and sometimes not.

In addition, false labor can sometimes be felt in late pregnancy. Don't be nervous when you hear uterine contractions. In fact, false labor contractions are normal and are a preparation for pathological uterine contractions during childbirth. It doesn't matter if the time is irregular. For example, after eating, false labor will be more obvious, the abdomen will become tight and hard, and sometimes it will be like this if you exercise too much. You should pay attention to bed rest, and you can take a moderate walk outside every day, but the intensity of exercise should not be too high. However, if you feel that the abdominal pain is more regular and frequent, you must see a doctor in time.

Therefore, it is generally normal to feel occasional dull pain in the abdomen during the 34th week of pregnancy. Because the enlarged uterus may involve the surrounding cruciate ligaments or cause false labor, if the pain is not very obvious and does not occur very frequently, it is okay and you can just rest more. However, if the pain is more obvious and occurs at regular intervals, you must pay attention to seeing a doctor in time to preserve the fetus.
