Three months pregnant, dysmenorrhea, but no bleeding

This type of situation should be taken seriously, as it may be due to the incomplete development of the test tube embryo itself, exposure to an unfavorable living environment during pregnancy, such as radioactive substances, or taking some therapeutic drugs, which may cause abnormal development of the test tube embryo or baby, stimulate uterine contractions and cause vaginal bleeding. Secondly, bleeding is caused by estrogen deficiency or personal illness. Secondly, if a pregnant woman has cervical erosion, it may cause more or less bleeding throughout the pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant women are advised to do various examinations on time to ensure the healthy growth and development of the fetus.

Vaginal bleeding in the third month of pregnancy is an abnormal condition. Observe the amount of vaginal bleeding and go to a local hospital for gynecological color ultrasound and gynecological internal examination to determine the cause of the vaginal bleeding. If it is a threatened abortion, hospitalization and tocolysis treatment are required. If the vaginal bleeding is caused by a low position of the placenta, the patient needs to rest in bed and be hospitalized for tocolysis treatment. If it is caused by cervical polyps, polypectomy is performed. There is no need to panic after vaginal bleeding occurs. Most patients can achieve significant improvement after hospitalization and pregnancy-preserving treatment.

Vaginal bleeding in the third month of pregnancy is abnormal and you must go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination in time. This situation may be caused by the termination of the growth of the test tube embryo or threatened abortion. If the fetal heart rate stops beating during B-ultrasound, it means the fetus is dead in the womb and induced labor must be performed immediately to prevent heavy bleeding or uterine infection after a long period of time, which will seriously affect future pregnancies. If the baby develops normally and vaginal bleeding occurs, it may be caused by threatened abortion. A vaginal examination can be done. If the bleeding comes from the uterine cavity, it may be threatened abortion and tocolysis treatment is needed.

Some people may also have cervical polyps, cervical precancerous lesions or cervical cancer, which requires further examination. If it is a polyp, cervical polyp removal can be performed to prevent bleeding and infection. If there is precancerous lesion, as long as it is not cervical cancer, it can be observed again and regular examination and treatment can be carried out 42 days after the pregnant woman gives birth.
