2. The nurse wears disposable gloves and helps the patient place a disposable pad under his buttocks.

3. After cleaning, put several large cotton balls into the treatment bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of cleaning solution, use medical tweezers to pick up the large cotton balls soaked in the solution, and start cleaning. The cleaning order is: the first time from top to bottom, from the outside to the inside, basically remove the secretions and blood stains on the vulva. The second time's order is centered on the wound, from inside to outside, and from top to bottom. Finally clean the anal opening and anal opening. One cotton wool is allowed to be used once, and the cleaning frequency can be increased according to the patient's condition until it is clean, and finally wipe it with a dry cotton ball or gauze. If cleaning is required, a cleaning pot and toilet must be prepared and the temperature of the cleaning liquid must be adjusted. When cleaning, plug the vulva with sterile gauze to prevent waste water from entering the vagina and causing reverse infection.

4. After cleaning, remove the disposable pad, help the patient put on his jeans, and lie down comfortably.

5. Remove belongings, take off gloves, and wash and disinfect hands.

The washing order for women is as follows: First time: Wash the secretions, blood stains, etc. of the vulva from the outside to the inside and from top to bottom. The cleaning order is: center of mons pubis, center of thigh root, center of labia majora, center of labia, center of urethral opening, center of vulva, center of anus. The second time: from inside to outside, from ascending to descending, the cleaning order is: mons pubis - urethral opening - other labia - proximal labia - other labia majora - proximal labia majora - other upper 1/3 of thigh root - proximal upper 1/3 of thigh root - perineum wound or hose - anus. The third time: same as the second time. Reduce the need for substances in the perineum, keep the perineum and anus clean and deodorize to make the patient comfortable, promote the repair of perineum wounds, prevent or reduce urinary tract and urogenital tract retrograde infections. Scope of application: It is used for patients who are bedridden for a long time and cannot be independent in daily life, those with indwelling catheters after childbirth or surgery, those with perineum wounds or chronic vulvitis. 1.
