Women usually consider that long-term infertility is caused by abnormalities in both fallopian tubes and need to undergo bilateral fallopian tube perfusion or angiography. However, when doing angiography, it must be done in the absence of acute vaginitis or pelvic inflammatory disease. Therefore, you should not have sex 3-7 days after the menstrual period is over. If the routine examination of leucorrhea at the hospital shows no obvious abnormalities, you can do angiography. At present, the routine examination of leucorrhea is three degrees of cleanliness. It is reminded that if there is vaginitis, contrast examination cannot be carried out in this case, because contrast examination may spread or aggravate the inflammation for women with inflammation. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to do angiography, and it must wait until the next routine examination of leucorrhea is normal before it can be carried out. If the cleanliness level is level three, there is no clinically confirmed vulvar itching, and there is no hematoma or edema in the vagina. If the cleanliness level is level three and there is no other bacterial infection, angiography can be performed. After the contrast examination, you can take antibiotics orally for 2-3 days, mainly to prevent infection. It is recommended to keep the vulva clean and change underwear frequently after the contrast examination. If there is vaginal bleeding, it is recommended to change sanitary napkins frequently. It is best to use pure cotton sanitary napkins. The area should be well ventilated to prevent the growth of bacteria. In addition, it is recommended not to get pregnant within 3 months after the contrast examination. Since the contrast examination is carried out under X-rays, the radiation source is relatively large. If you get pregnant, it may result in a malformed fetus. Therefore, it is recommended to consider pregnancy after 3 months after the contrast examination. Under normal circumstances, women's vaginal cleanliness is between Grade I and Grade II. If a routine examination of leucorrhea shows that the vaginal cleanliness is Grade III, it means that there is vaginitis. If the vaginal cleanliness level is grade III and fungi or spores are found during combined examination, it indicates candidal vaginitis. If the vaginal cleanliness is grade III and Trichomonas is found at the same time, it is Candida vaginitis. If the vaginal cleanliness is grade III and BV is positive or Gardnerella is found at the same time, it indicates bacterial vaginitis. If the vaginal cleanliness is grade III, and fungi and white blood cell counts are positive at the same time, it indicates fungal or common types of vaginitis, and symptomatic vaginal medication treatment should be carried out based on the actual results of leucorrhea examinations. |
