Very shallow intercourse after cervical conization

Very shallow intercourse after cervical conization

Patients with cervical cervical lesions need to undergo cone biopsy according to their own conditions. Generally, simple cervical cervical lesions of grade cin1 or grade cin2 do not require cone biopsy. However, if the tumor is at CIN2 level and invades the glandular duct, or CIN3 level, cone biopsy is almost certain to be performed. So after cone biopsy, is everything fine and can we forget about it?

No! After cervical conization, at least 4 things should be done well, otherwise the most serious situation will make the cervical conization in vain, or even if the conization is done, it is easy to relapse. Therefore, we need to pay great attention to the postoperative repair issues, as follows:

1. Preventing seizures after cone biopsy

After cone biopsy, HPV infection still exists, because cone biopsy only removes the diseased site but cannot remove the HPV infection together. And because the pain nerves of the cervix are not sensitive and the cervix is hidden, even if HPV causes disease again, it is difficult to detect, so regular maintenance is required and immediate treatment is required as soon as any signs of an attack are found.

In addition, since cervical HPV infection has not been eliminated, the immune system should be professionally enhanced after cone biopsy to speed up the elimination of HPV. At present, the body's own immune system can be said to be the only thing that can kill HPV infection.

Therefore, after cone biopsy, hormone-regulated herbal preparations, such as malt selenium and vitamin E powder, can be used in conjunction with the surgery. After adding strong antioxidants such as selenium, vitamin E, carotene, vitamin A, etc., it can activate the destructive ability of tissue cells, NK cells, white blood cells, macrophages, reticulocytes, etc. against HPV, accelerate the rate of elimination of HPV, promote body healing, and thus reduce the risk of recurrence in many aspects.

2. Prevent post-operative infection .

Observe the condition of cervical secretions. If there is a strong odor, suppuration, etc., you should inform the medical staff in time and take appropriate antibacterial treatment. Also, you cannot have sexual intercourse within three months and cannot take a sitz bath within one month.

3. Concern about the first menstrual period after cone biopsy

The smoothness of the first menstrual period after surgery is critical. It is recommended that after cone biopsy, the cervix and cervical canal will slowly heal, and there will be cervical adhesions. If your menstrual period is disrupted or you feel persistent abdominal pain under this circumstance, you should see a doctor and have your cervix dilated, otherwise it will affect recovery.

4. Pay attention to the hygiene of the private environment

After cone biopsy, vaginal discharge will increase, and if hygiene is not paid attention to, it will become very dry. It will make it easier to be infected with HPV virus again, and it will also be easier to nourish pathogens and cause infection. Therefore, maintaining a stable environment and hygiene will help accelerate restoration.
