How many days does it usually take for breast swelling to come during menstruation?

Chest pain is usually a sign of menstruation. Girls have menstruation every month, and before the menstrual period, the human body will have various reactions. Some people just have more vaginal discharge, but some women have more intense reactions, such as irritability, breast swelling, etc. However, many people are still curious about how long it will take for the menstruation to come after these signs appear. So, let's find out: How many days will the menstruation come after the breast swelling?

Generally, menstruation will come after a few days of breast swelling

Generally speaking, breast pain three days before menstruation may be a sign of impending menstruation or early pregnancy, which is normal. However, some people experience breast pain prematurely, such as breast pain after menstruation or ovulation, and it hurts when they put on underwear or touch it. This situation is a psychological distortion and must be treated as soon as possible, otherwise it is easy to cause gynecological diseases such as infertility and breast tumors.

Many infertile women have long-term breast pain. Their estrogen and oestrogen are often unbalanced, and the secretion of growth hormone in breast milk also occurs abnormally. This is also the reason why many breast cancer patients have breast pain 2 to 3 years before they develop the cancer but do not pay enough attention to it. Therefore, women who experience abnormal breast pain should be alert and avoid seeking medical attention immediately to avoid delaying the condition!

Most premenstrual breast pain occurs 3 to 5 days before menstruation. Severe patients may develop the pain half a month after menstruation, around the ovulation period. Some people experience swelling and pain under the armpits, and even nipples. Systemic symptoms include mild edema, headache, insomnia, irritability, emotional instability, back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, and constipation. After the menstruation, the symptoms will disappear, and this cycle will recur, once a day. If not properly handled, it will become more serious. Over time, it will easily lead to other diseases, the most common of which are breast hyperplasia, breast fibroids or cysts. As a result, the menstrual period gradually becomes irregular, with scant menstruation and subsequent infertility.
