The harm of childbirth to women

The harm of childbirth to women

Pregnancy is a necessary stage in every woman's life, and some women will experience a series of changes after pregnancy. Below we will discuss the dangers to the body after pregnancy. Many couples usually prepare to have children immediately after marriage, but some women choose not to have children soon or late, because having children also has a certain impact on women's body. So what effects does a woman’s pregnancy have on the human body?

1. Stretch marks

As the uterus expands, the fibrous tissue and collagen in the skin cannot adapt to the expansion and cause rupture, resulting in stretch marks.

Treatment: Before giving birth, you can eat more foods that are beneficial to skin fibroblasts, such as milk, fruits and vegetables, and foods rich in vitamin C. If that can't be avoided, you can use rose essential oil to eliminate it or even remove it! But it should be noted that the best effect is achieved within 2 years after delivery.

2. Uterine prolapse

During pregnancy, the cruciate ligaments that secure the uterus will change as the uterus grows. If they are not properly repaired, uterine prolapse may occur.

Repair measures: By exercising the pelvic floor muscles, that is, contracting the anus with force, contracting the pelvic floor muscles for more than 3 seconds and then releasing them, each time for 10 to 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day.

3. Vaginal relaxation

Choosing a natural birth will cause different levels of changes in the vagina, resulting in insufficient "sitting position" of the vagina against the male genitals!

Solution: During the process of urination, deliberately hold the urine for a few seconds to stop urinating, and then continue urinating after a short pause; you can do ani-lifting exercises. You can make your vagina tighter and whiter by using products that protect your vagina and ovaries.

4Butterfly spots appear on the face

About 20% of women will develop pregnancy spots, also known as butterfly spots, on their faces during pregnancy. This is caused by the increase in estrogen metabolism in the embryo during pregnancy.

What to do: This type of butterfly spots generally do not require any treatment measures. After giving birth, when the body's estrogen metabolism returns to normal, the butterfly spots on the face will also fade away.

5 Causes obesity

Most women choose to give birth between the ages of 25 and 30, when their metabolism slowly begins to slow down. After giving birth, they lack exercise and fitness. Even if their diet is controlled, weight gain may begin, especially for some women who do not pay attention to housework.

Recommendation: You should start controlling your weight during pregnancy, and actively exercise to recover after giving birth. Most women can still restore their figure.
