Can I get pregnant if my hymen is not broken?

In medicine, rupture of the hymen refers to the rupture of the hymen tissue near the gap, which increases the gap. Under normal circumstances, if the hymen is broken or not, the gap at the vulva is not large, and it is difficult for sperm to penetrate this gap and enter the vagina, swim to the fallopian tubes and fuse with the egg. However, the possibility of male sperm swimming in cannot be ruled out. Once it swims in, Virgo will have the possibility of getting pregnant.

From a physiological point of view, teenage girls are in the stage of the most fertile period. As long as they have ovulation, the chance of pregnancy is also the highest. Women are more likely to become pregnant during sexual desire, especially during ovulation and sexual climax. During normal sexual intercourse, semen is stored in an area deep in the vagina called the posterior foramen (sperm pool), which is closest to the cervix. This makes it easy for sperm to pass through the cervix, through the uterus and to the fertilization site in the outer 1/3 of the fallopian tubes.

If the sperm cannot enter the cervix, it can only survive in the acidic and alkaline environment of the vagina for a short time of only 6-8 hours. Generally, the sperm of a man must be very healthy and active to be pregnant.

The fact that male sperm is not killed by the acidic and alkaline environment in the female vagina is due to the female's ovulation period. During ovulation, the secretion of the cervix increases, and when sexual desire is highly excited, its secretion volume can continue to increase. The fluid secreted from the cervix is weakly alkaline, which can neutralize the acidic and alkaline environment in the vagina, thereby protecting the male sperm remaining in the vagina and allowing it to prolong its life. In addition, male sperm needs to go through a "capacitation" process to have the ability to fertilize. The capacitation of male sperm usually starts with the cervix, but when the female's sexual desire is strong, a large amount of fluid secreted from the cervix is injected into the vagina. At this time, the capacitation of male sperm can be advanced. The male sperm after capacitation appears healthier and more active, and its tail end shakes and deforms faster, forming a special "whipping-like" movement method, which allows it to not only survive in the vagina, but also swim into the uterus at a faster rate, thereby causing pregnancy.
