How to protect the fetus when the blocking antibody is negative and the pregnancy is

When you are newly pregnant, the first three months are more critical, because in the first three months, the fetus has not yet stabilized in the mother's belly, and the possibility of miscarriage is greater. As mentioned above, there are two ways to maintain pregnancy during early pregnancy. One is general treatment, and the other is medication to maintain pregnancy. So what are the detailed introductions of these two methods? Let's take a look together.

1. General treatment

At this moment, pregnant women need to stay in bed and rest, absolutely cannot have sex, and should reduce unnecessary examinations. And family members can make more nutritious foods for pregnant women, such as grass carp ginger soup, lotus seed glutinous rice porridge, etc., and also give patients a lot of spiritual encouragement, so that pregnant mothers' mentality can be as stable as possible and their emotions can be maintained as happy as possible.

2. Treatment with drug therapy

At this time, you need to go to the hospital immediately for treatment, so that the doctor can identify the different conditions of the pregnant woman and treat her accordingly. Pregnant mothers should also follow the doctor's advice and cooperate with treatment.

3. Time to maintain pregnancy

The time for maintaining the pregnancy is generally about 2 weeks. If the condition of the pregnant woman and the fetus has not improved after 2 weeks, or still shows abnormalities, then an ultrasound examination should be performed for final measurement. According to the final condition of the test tube embryo, decide whether to terminate the pregnancy.

Blocking antibodies have the function of inhibiting reticulocyte reaction and inhibiting the toxicity of pregnant mother's reticulocytes to trophoblast cells. They can prevent T cells from recognizing inhibitory blocks of fetal antigens and the attack of the mother's immune system on the test tube embryo. Because they block the same antigen and stimulate reticulocytes to produce migration inhibition factor (MIF), they are called blocking antibodies.

Test tube embryos are foreign objects in the uterus of pregnant women. Generally speaking, test tube embryos will be attacked by the immune system of pregnant women and cause miscarriage. In fact, the test tube embryo is not attacked by the pregnant woman's immune system, thanks to blocking antibodies, which are antigens that protect the fetus. It can prevent the pregnant mother's immune system from treating the test tube embryo as a foreign object and hindering its growth and development. Under normal circumstances, a positive blocking antibody indicates that everything is normal. On the contrary, a negative blocking antibody indicates an abnormality, which may cause fetal arrest or miscarriage.
