The greater the pregnancy reaction, the more stable the fetus

The greater the pregnancy reaction, the more stable the fetus

Women generally have pregnancy reactions after they become pregnant. The actual reactions to pregnancy also vary depending on one's physical condition. Some people experience severe reactions during pregnancy, while others only experience pregnancy symptoms in the middle and late stages. Most women experience pregnancy symptoms during pregnancy, and many people even think that the greater the pregnancy symptoms, the more stable the fetus. In fact, there is no direct correlation between the severity of the pregnancy symptoms and the stability of the fetus. The stability of the fetus is related to the physical fitness of the expectant mother. So it does not mean that the greater the pregnancy symptoms, the more stable the fetus will be.

The greater the pregnancy reaction, the more stable the fetus?

When a woman is pregnant normally, after about 6 weeks, changes will immediately occur in the body, and there will be nausea, vomiting, and even some early pregnancy reactions such as fatigue and sleepiness. These pregnancy reactions are called pregnancy reactions. The degree of one's reaction is directly related to the pregnant woman's own physical condition and will not be related to the safety of the fetus.

Generally, before 12 weeks of pregnancy, the condition of the fetus is relatively unstable, so pregnant mothers need to pay attention to protecting themselves, and their work and rest time must be regular. They should not hold any heavy objects, and their mood should be kept comfortable. After 12 weeks, the condition will gradually stabilize, and they can resume their normal life, but they must also protect their health so that the fetus can become more and more stable.

Common problems in early pregnancy

1. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes: Avoid alcohol and cigarettes, which not only means not smoking or drinking, but also includes not staying in a smoky environment for a long time. Secondhand smoke can also cause harm to children.

2. Brush your teeth frequently: Because of morning sickness, pregnant mothers need to brush their teeth frequently to prevent their front teeth from being damaged by vomit residues. In addition, pregnant mothers in the early stages of pregnancy like to eat sour foods, and these sour foods are most likely to damage the front teeth.

3. Solve vomiting: If the pregnant mother always feels like vomiting after eating, she needs to carry a pure cotton towel and mouthwash with her. If the pregnant mother has not yet told her boss and colleagues about her pregnancy, she should come up with a convincing excuse so that her friends can help her when she is upset.

4. When your appetite is poor, cater to your preferences: except for foods that are prohibited for pregnant women, eat whatever you like. Generally, pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy like to eat foods with sour and alkaline taste, such as oranges, dried green plums or sauerkraut. Therefore, husbands and family members should prepare more of these foods in advance. Because the fetus's growth and development are slow in the early stages of pregnancy, it does not need too much nutrition.

5. Eat small and frequent meals: eat once every 2-3 hours. Nausea and retching during pregnancy are often more severe in the morning on an empty stomach. In order to relieve morning sickness, you can eat more drier foods, such as pancakes, cookies, toasted bread, sliced bread, etc. If pregnant mothers have severe morning sickness, they should pay attention to eating more vegetables, fruits and other alkaline foods to prevent metabolic acidosis.
