Nowadays, the development of science and technology has not only improved the living standards, but also further improved medical treatment. Therefore, many diseases are not so scary now, not as scary as before, such as circumcision. However, everyone seems to be more concerned about the recovery after the operation. Next, let’s talk about the circumcision recovery process.

How long does the circumcision surgery repair process take?

In the early stage (24 to 48 hours after surgery), the mucosa separates, bleeding and tissue fluid infiltrate. At this stage, because the anesthetic effect has just passed, the pain is more obvious and walking is affected to some extent; in the middle and late stages: (3 to 5 days after surgery), there is obvious edema period. At this time, the foreskin is obviously edematous. The swelling of some people can push the surface mucosa too thin; in the middle and late stages (6 to 8 days after surgery), there is the recovery period after surgery. The wound disappears, the stitches can be removed, and the edema begins to dissipate. In the recovery period, the edema is usually relatively delayed to about 3 months.

Postoperative treatment of circumcision

1. After the operation, use a protective cover to lift your buttocks to the left and right and cover them. In addition, you need to rest at home for about a week. At this time, it is best for men to not wear anything and lie flat, which can minimize the damage to the male genitals. But nowadays, most circumcision surgeries are performed in hospitals. Patients can leave the hospital after the surgery, and some people can even go to work directly. If you don't wear underwear or your underwear is loose at this time, it is likely to cause repeated friction on the wound and increase the pain. It is best for such patients to wear tight underwear.

2. After the operation, the doctor should stand the patient's tied male genitals upright, with the glans of the penis facing upwards, and then let him put on tight underwear to completely fix the male genitals. When walking in this way, the male genitals will always be less prone to friction or less likely to be rubbed, reducing wound bleeding and alleviating pain and discomfort.

The above is my response to the circumcision recovery process. In fact, in our daily life, as long as we actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment and listen to the doctor after the operation, we can recover as soon as possible. Moreover, circumcision surgery is so mature in our country, so everyone does not need to be afraid and must actively cooperate with the doctor.
