Is it normal to have frequent fetal movements at 25 weeks of pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a very long process, and also a very painful process. When a wife is pregnant, the happiest person is the husband. Both my wife and husband have become parents. Every stage of pregnancy should be taken seriously. Some expectant mothers will experience frequent fetal movements at 25 weeks of pregnancy. So, is it all normal?

Normally, the baby's fetal movement is not less than 3-5 times per hour, and the number of obvious fetal movements in 12 hours is more than 30-40 times. However, due to the large individual differences between fetuses, some fetuses move about 100 times in 12 hours. As long as the fetal movement is regular and rhythmic, and does not increase or decrease dramatically, it proves that the baby's development is normal. The baby's fetal movement is normal, indicating that the placenta functions well and the oxygen transported to the fetus is sufficient. The fetus is fully developed in the uterus and moves happily.

The baby's fetal movement is normal at five months of pregnancy. However, if the pregnant woman feels that the fetal movements are very frequent and even unbearable, she can go to the hospital for a check-up. Because, frequent fetal movements, in addition to being understood as the fetus being more naughty, may also be a signal of fetal danger. The fetus may be lacking oxygen, so it becomes restless and has frequent fetal movements.

If the baby's fetal movement is too frequent, it may be caused by conditions such as intrauterine hypoxia. During pregnancy, you should learn to count the fetal movements. It is recommended to count them once every hour in the morning and evening. The baby's fetal movements should be no less than 3-5 times in 1 hour, and the number of obvious fetal movements in 12 hours should be more than 30-40 times. If there are persistent abnormal fetal movements, further B-ultrasound examination can be performed to determine whether there are any problems with the embryo, maternal amniotic fluid, and fetal umbilical cord. The number of fetal movements is also related to external stimuli such as the pregnant woman's mentality, sitting posture, and fatigue. Pregnant women are advised to do fetal monitoring regularly and receive oxygen therapy immediately if there is a lack of oxygen.
