Teratomas usually occur in pregnant mothers, and most of the time they are caused by the mother's poor work and rest schedule during pregnancy. If it's a benign tumor, there's not much correlation. As long as no disease occurs, it is good and no special treatment is needed. However, if the tumor has become malignant and is still growing recklessly, certain effective measures must be taken. Even with surgery, try to do it as well as possible. Teratomas originate from the embryonic cells of potential intelligence. Most of them are good, but a few may have a tendency to worsen. Generally, they need to be surgically removed immediately after diagnosis. 1. It is a common type of ovarian somatic tumor. Because the somatic cells contain three kinds of tissue components: ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm, the tumor may contain ectoderm tissues such as hair, oil, skin, teeth, bones, etc., and may also contain mesodermal or endodermal tissues such as muscle, intestine, thyroid gland tissue, etc., which can be as scary as a "monster". 2. Mediastinal teratoma can often compress the respiratory system and cause choking, difficulty breathing and distended neck veins; retroperitoneal teratoma often causes abdominal pain and can cause intestinal obstruction. Patients with hidden teratomas in the pelvis and sacrococcyx often seek medical treatment due to constipation, difficulty in defecation, and urinary retention. 3. The tumor is infected and ruptures. Because it is an abnormal tissue, it may worsen in the body over a long period of time. 4. Tumors can be divided into malignant and benign ones. The main manifestations are often rapid growth and development of the tumor, loss of its original ductility, and exophytic tumors. Superficial veins may be distended, hematomas may occur, and part of the skin may be infiltrated, accompanied by an increase in skin temperature. In addition, systemic symptoms such as weight loss, anemia, and tumor fever may also occur. Most teratomas are benign. If the tumor is not large, less than 2 or 3 cm, we recommend temporary observation. If it is larger than 3 cm, surgery is required. The teratoma itself is not very homogeneous and has uneven density, so it is very easy to get distorted. We recommend surgery for teratomas larger than 3 cm. If it is less than 3 cm, the tumor is very small and we need to find it during surgery, which will be more inconvenient and cause great damage to the uterus and ovaries. Sometimes it cannot even be found. At this time, it is recommended to continue observation, but regular follow-up is required. If you grow up, do it, if you don't grow up, just observe. Teratoma is a very common disease with many causes. In fact, teratoma is mainly caused by three reasons. First, it is congenital and is caused by abnormalities in the baby's congenital growth and development. The second is that the mother suffered damage during pregnancy, such as: computer and mobile phone radiation, drinking, smoking, methamphetamine, etc. It affects the baby's growth and development, causing abnormal cell growth and development. The third is the impact of the natural environment. When pregnant, the mother lives in a relatively bad natural environment. |
