Pictures of light blood in early pregnancy

For these pregnant mothers, it is undoubtedly a happy thing to be able to give birth to a healthy baby. But some women still suffer unexpected miscarriages during pregnancy, which is definitely not what they want to see. So, what should you pay attention to in early pregnancy? What causes light bleeding in early pregnancy?

What is light bleeding in early pregnancy?

1. Threatened abortion: fetal chromosomal abnormalities, maternal hormone imbalance, congenital uterine growth abnormalities or acquired defects, immune system problems, viral infections, pregnant women suffering from chronic diseases (such as heart disease, chronic kidney disease and blood diseases), overwork, excessive work pressure, too intense sexual life, external force collision, air pollution, improper medication, smoking, drinking, excessive caffeine intake or taking other foods that promote uterine contractions, etc.

2. Cervical cysts, cervical diseases or cervical changes: When it comes to early pregnancy bleeding, many people often ignore cervical problems. Severe inflammation of the cervix causes erosion, or existing cervical cysts are very likely to cause surface capillaries to rupture and bleed due to changes in hormones during pregnancy. In recent years, the age group in which cervical cancer most commonly occurs has quietly dropped to 30-40 years old. Being pregnant does not mean that there is definitely no problem with the cervix. Regular cervical health examinations should be done before and after pregnancy. If there is vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy, the cervix should also be checked for problems.

3. Ectopic pregnancy: When the embryo implants outside the uterus, it is called ectopic pregnancy. The incidence rate is about 1%, and 95% of ectopic pregnancies occur in the bilateral fallopian tubes. Because the walls of the fallopian tubes are very thin, they cannot provide sufficient nutrients for the embryos. In addition, the slowly growing sperm and egg combination will cause the walls of the fallopian tubes to swell, resulting in wall ruptures. This will cause abnormal vaginal bleeding at 7-8 weeks of pregnancy, and may even cause severe abdominal pain or shock due to excessive bleeding in the abdominal cavity.

4. Hydatidiform mole: It is a good hcg disease with an incidence rate of about 1. The incidence rate is higher in Southeast Asian countries. Due to abnormal proliferation of the embryonic villi trophoblast cells, the villi at the tail end are transformed into small blisters, which are connected to form a cluster and look like red grapes, so it is called hydatidiform mole. In early pregnancy, symptoms such as abnormal vaginal bleeding, severe morning sickness and even palpitations may occur.
