Can I have sex at 34 weeks of pregnancy?

Pregnant women are more sensitive during pregnancy. Because they are afraid of miscarriage or premature birth, they have to be worried about their food, clothing, housing and transportation. And you can't do strenuous exercise, as it may harm the fetus in your belly. For those who are not pregnant, there is no need to worry about having sex. But for women who are already pregnant, they need to be more careful. So, is it possible to have sex after 34 weeks of pregnancy?

The 34th week of pregnancy is the beginning of the late stage of pregnancy. At this moment, the pregnant woman's abdomen suddenly swells, her waist hurts, she doesn't want to pop out, and her sexual desire decreases. During this stage, the fetus grows rapidly, the uterus expands significantly, and is very sensitive to any external stimulation. The uterus is very easy to contract in the late pregnancy, so avoid giving it strong reflex stimulation.

For husbands, this is the stage where they should tolerate each other, which is limited to gentle hugs and kisses, and any overly stimulating behavior is strictly prohibited. In order not to affect the health of pregnant women and fetuses, couples should not only learn to control their emotions, but also sleep separately to avoid unnecessary sexual excitement. If you must have sex, you must control it and pay attention to the posture. You should also control the frequency and duration of sex. Rough postures are not appropriate. In addition, sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited during the first month before delivery.

What should couples pay attention to during sex in the late pregnancy?

1. During pregnancy, women's secretions increase and their immunity decreases. Before sexual intercourse, couples should clean each other's private parts and maintain hygiene.

2. During the deeper contact phase before sexual intercourse, the husband can touch and stimulate the clitoris and vulva, but do not insert your fingers into the vagina to avoid damaging the vagina and causing bacterial infection.

3. The duration and intensity of sexual intercourse should be moderate, and the posture should be gentle to avoid excessive stimulation; the duration should be relatively shortened (1-3 minutes).

4. Having sex in the late stages of pregnancy can lead to placental abruption. Therefore, between the 28th and 32nd weeks of pregnancy, the frequency of sexual intercourse should be reduced, the pressure resistance should be weakened, and the posture should be such that the abdomen is not compressed.

5. Sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited after 32 weeks of pregnancy.

6. Pay attention to and accommodate your wife, value your wife, and refrain from ordering her to have sex.
