Besides pregnancy, what other reasons can cause menstruation to not come?

In daily life, many factors cause women's qi and blood deficiency, which should be judged according to the special changes in this period. More importantly, women must take good care of themselves, maintain a positive attitude, strengthen exercise, and protect their bodies. So, besides pregnancy, is there any reason not to have menstruation?

1. The uterus problem

Common ones include congenital absence of uterus, endometrial tuberculosis, and follicular hypoplasia, etc. These problems can also cause amenorrhea in women.

2. Uterine and ovarian causes

The fundamental reason why you can have your period once a month is that the uterine wall will fall off and bleed at the right time every month. The uterus and ovaries are organs in the human body that can secrete growth hormone, which will have a direct effect on the uterine wall. Once the uterus and ovaries have problems, they cannot secrete hormones normally, and the uterine wall is not stimulated by hormones, so it cannot bleed and cause amenorrhea. If this problem causes menopausal women, they may also experience other symptoms of female characteristic decline, such as flat breasts.

3. Pituitary gland causes

The pituitary gland is located just below our brain. The small pituitary gland has a powerful function. If there is any abnormality in the pituitary gland, the uterus and ovaries will be affected, which may lead to amenorrhea in women.

4. Abnormalities in the central nervous system

Many women have abnormal pituitary gland activity due to problems with the central nervous system or the main control room, which affects the control of the uterus and ovaries, leading to amenorrhea.

5. Excessive work pressure

If women are under too much work pressure for a long time, or always maintain a bad mentality, it will also inhibit the function of the pituitary gland, indirectly damage the ovaries and affect women's menstrual period.
