Can I massage my breasts if I have breast hyperplasia?

Fibrocystic breast disease is a common breast disease among women, I believe everyone is familiar with it. Cystoma is neither a tumor nor an inflammation. From a histological point of view, it is the hyperplasia and degeneration of breast tissue. Do you know that massage can improve cystoma? If you don’t know, let me introduce the massage techniques for cystoma.

1. Direct kneading method

First, apply force with the palm of your right hand to the upper end of the left breast, just below the neck, and push it down evenly and gently to the base of the breast, then push it back up along the original line. Do it 20 to 50 times, then switch to the right hand.

2. Side kneading method

When massaging the right breast, extend your left hand and cover your right ear with your fingertips. At this time, your upper arm is forward and vertical to the body. Use the base and palm of your left hand to firmly press the right breast from the center of the chest to the armpit. When you return, use the pads of your five fingers to bring the breast tissue to the surface. Repeat 20-50 times. Repeat the same process on the left side.

3. Oscillation method

When massaging the right breast, use the hypothenar eminence of your right hand to firmly press from the swelling of the breast along the base of the breast toward the breast, and push with high-speed vibration, repeating 3-5 times. The actual effect is better when there is a slight sense of wind in some places.

Sit up or lie on your side, exposing your chest fully. First sprinkle some light calcium powder or apply a small amount of paraffin oil on the breasts, and then use the palms of both hands to gently push and caress from all sides of the breasts along the mammary ducts toward the breasts 50 to 100 times.

Massage to prevent breast diseases

In addition to improving breast hyperplasia, massage can actually prevent the occurrence of breast hyperplasia. It’s just that the method of massage is different. So what are the massage techniques? Let’s take a look at them below.

1. Push and caress

2. Kneading method

Apply the hypothenar or thenar eminence on the palm of your hand to the acne affected area, apply kneading techniques to the red and swollen points, and repeatedly knead and press the areas with lumps several times until the lumps soften.

3. Kneading, pinching and holding

Use the five fingers of your left hand to firmly grasp the breast of the affected limb and apply kneading techniques, grasping and releasing, and repeat the operation 10 to 15 times. Use your right hand to gently squeeze your breasts several times to expand the milk ducts in the breasts.

4. Oscillation method

Use the left hand's hypothenar to firmly grasp the breast lump, and push it along the breast base toward the breast with high-speed vibration, repeat 3 to 5 times. The actual effect is better when there is a slight feeling of wind in some parts.

How to reduce breast hyperplasia through massage

Modern science believes that breast hyperplasia is closely related to endocrine nerve dysfunction, and endocrine function in traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the management level of liver, spleen, kidney and other meridians. Therefore, Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mostly caused by emotional disharmony, anger and depression that damage the liver, anxiety that damages the spleen, spleen dysfunction, kidney deficiency, and Chong and Ren disorders.

For women, whether it is liver damage or spleen damage, it will affect a meridian, that is, the liver and gallbladder meridian. One of the routes of the liver and gallbladder meridian is along the neck through the breasts, down along both sides of the navel into the groin. Another meridian affected by it is the Chong Meridian. The Chong Meridian for women starts in the uterus, goes down to the perineum, and one of its branches passes through the groin along the lower abdomen, rises along the navel, and merges with the Foot Shaoyin Meridian to spread to the heart.
