Pregnant women with hemorrhoids are more likely to give birth to boys

When it comes to hemorrhoids, many people don't understand it at first, but after they become pregnant, they truly experience the annoyance of hemorrhoids. Generally speaking, most pregnant women get hemorrhoids during pregnancy, but some people who believe in male chauvinism think that having hemorrhoids is a good thing because it means you are pregnant with a boy.

Pregnant and postpartum women are a high-risk group for intestinal diseases. Due to excessive pelvic hematoma and the pressure of the fetus, hemorrhoids can easily occur. It should be noted that you must not take oral medications at will during pregnancy and within three months after giving birth, and you cannot undergo surgery. Generally, doctors will use external medications such as hemorrhoid ointment for traditional treatment, and continue treatment after pregnancy and delivery. This period is indeed quite painful. Therefore, this has nothing to do with whether a boy or a girl is born!

How to treat hemorrhoids in pregnant women?

1. Bathtub

Although bathing is not recommended when caring for private parts, it is another matter if the symptom is changed. Every day, according to your physical condition, you can fill the bathtub with warm water, put your buttocks completely into the water, and enjoy about 30 minutes of water care. Of course, if there is no bathtub at home, you can also buy a suitable washbasin in the store, which can achieve the same effect.

2. Fitness

You need to arrange some exercise for yourself every day, such as walking in the morning, noon and evening, doing health exercises and so on. Here I suggest everyone to do anal lifting exercises. The specific method is: put your legs together, clamp the anus while breathing, relax the anus while breathing, do it 3 times a day, and do it 30 times each time. This method can make the pelvic muscles get a good exercise and help defecation.

3. Medical ice pack

Applying medical ice packs to the external hemorrhoids every day can relieve discomfort and swelling. Remember to apply ice packs for 5-10 minutes each time. In order to achieve a better effect, you can also take a bath immediately after applying the mask, and relieve pain by alternating hot and cold.
