Why do women have water coming out from their vagina?

Leucorrhea is very important for women. Leucorrhea is actually secretion. Whether the leucorrhea is normal or not can well indicate whether a woman has gynecological diseases. Women with gynecological diseases will have many abnormal leucorrhea. Some women's leucorrhea flows out like water, their underwear is always wet, and sometimes there is a peculiar smell. What's going on?

Common causes of watery vaginal discharge:

First: increased secretion, leucorrhea is off-white or off-green, with a paste-like consistency, bubbles, and a fishy smell. The odor is stronger after intercourse, and there is vulvar itching accompanied by a burning sensation and pain during intercourse. These are all symptoms of vaginitis. People with acute symptoms have very obvious lower abdominal pain and a feeling of falling down. Leucorrhea increases, and in severe cases, the blood pressure may rise. This is a symptom of adnexitis.

Second: increased or bloody vaginal discharge, obvious endometrial congestion and edema, and severe suppuration. In the acute phase, there will also be fever and lower abdominal pain. These are all symptoms of endometritis. There is a burning sensation in the urethra when going to the toilet, symptoms of frequent and urgent urination, and redness and swelling of the urethral opening. This is a symptom of urethritis.

Third: Leucorrhea increases and becomes watery. Pain in the lower abdomen or lumbar region often occurs. Sometimes there will be irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea or infertility. Significant urinary frequency or difficulty urinating. Such symptoms belong to cervicitis. Do not eat irritating foods, drinks, heat-promoting blood-clotting foods, or foods containing hormone ingredients.

Note:

Remember not to over-clean, such as frequently using lotion or sanitary pads. This can easily destroy the weakly acidic environment of the vagina and its self-cleaning function. Try not to use birth control medication.
