The caruncle can be seen to be purple-red, accompanied by obvious pain. The female urethra has a certain degree of elasticity. When pelvic organ prolapse occurs, the female urethra can move downward, causing the urethral closure pressure to decrease, resulting in urine leakage when coughing or exerting abdominal force.

What are the differences between the female urethra and vagina?
