Will breast binding affect development?

A breast binder is an auxiliary device worn by many people to make their breast shape more attractive. However, this type of breast binder can easily affect development after being worn for too long, and may even cause muscle relaxation. At this time, you must pay special attention, especially at night, and do not wear it. This is the most serious situation and may cause deformities.

Breast binding is not good for your health. If you wear it every day, it will cause your muscles to become loose and your internal organs to become deformed. Breast binding causes pelvic deformation and often leads to difficult labor for women. It is recommended not to wear a bra binder at night, or something that is too tight.

The styles are divided into outer vest style, inner wear style, and T-shirt style, and the inner wear style is divided into half-body and full-body styles. According to the wearing method, it can be divided into four types: hook type, Velcro type, direct head type and zipper type.

The zipper bra binder has a super elastic mesh on the back to increase the pulling force. The zipper is on the chest and the zipper has a built-in lock that will not slip down. There is no need to worry about the zipper being stretched open while being worn.

The buttoned bra binder has super stretchy elastic fabric on the left side of the chest to increase the pulling force. The right side has steel hooks. It is stronger than a zipper and there is no need to worry about the hooks being stretched open during exercise. The two sections of hooks on the side of the bra binder can adjust the tightness of the binding at will.

The Velcro bra binder is under the right armpit/some brands have a Velcro under the left armpit to adjust the tightness.

The pull-over style can be worn just like regular bras, and the unique internal pattern can achieve the effect of binding the breasts.

It is said that breast shaping bras already existed in ancient Rome, but waist-length breast shaping bras did not become a fashion until the mid-13th century. In the mid-to-late 15th century, Spanish clothing included a type of tight underwear held up by metal strips that could be worn by both men and women. This style soon spread to various countries on the European continent and the United Kingdom. Breast shaping bras are mostly made of thick canvas and supported by whale bones, from below the chest to the thighs. The history books of the time described the breast shaping underwear as follows: "It is made of dark silk with a fine cotton lining, with an extremely complex design and fine stitching, using 20 whale bones and 140 lacing threads."
