1. During the 4th month of pregnancy, the average weight gain is about 4 kilograms.

Of course, some expectant mothers will gain weight, but some expectant mothers with strong early pregnancy reactions may not gain weight in the fourth month of pregnancy, and some may even lose weight. This is because the first three months are the period when the pregnancy reaction is the strongest. Expectant mothers should not be afraid of gaining weight and limit their fat intake. Starting from the second trimester, they must ensure fat intake, about 60 grams per day. During pregnancy, mothers must reserve enough fat for the baby's development. If there is a lack of fat, expectant mothers may suffer from fat-soluble vitamin deficiency, causing a variety of diseases such as the liver, kidney, vision and nerves. It may also affect the development and maturation of the fetus's cardiovascular and nervous systems.

There is no need to deliberately increase the intake, just eat normally as usual. Remember not to consume too much fat. At the same time, when eating high-fat foods, it is best to pair them with greens to keep the nutrition balanced.

4. Exercise properly to control rapid weight gain.

From the second trimester of pregnancy, the expectant mother begins to gain weight, but care must be taken to control the weight, as excessive weight gain will increase the risks to both the expectant mother and the fetus.

In addition to a balanced diet, you should also pay attention to proper exercise during pregnancy, and maintain about half an hour of exercise every day.
