1. Poor menstrual blood flow and congestion: Black blood after menstruation may be caused by the small amount of bleeding in the late period, poor menstrual blood discharge, and long congestion in the uterus.

2. Menstruation is not over yet: Menstruation is not over yet, but the menstrual flow is less, mixed with leucorrhea and presents a brown color.

3. It is bleeding during ovulation.

4. If there is brown discharge from the vagina after the menstruation ends, it is likely that the menstrual blood in the uterine cavity has not been completely discharged. The possibility of ovulation bleeding cannot be ruled out. It is recommended not to be overly nervous, keep warm, and eat less spicy and irritating foods. If the amount of vaginal bleeding is not large, observe for the time being. Keep your vulva clean and change your underwear frequently.

The normal menstrual period is 3-7 days, and bleeding within this range is considered normal. If your period is not clean for more than a week, you can take oral hemostatic medicine to stop the bleeding. It is recommended not to stay up late, exercise appropriately, and develop good living habits. If the condition is not good, you need to go to the hospital for an ultrasound to understand the thickness of the endometrium. If the endometrium is too thick, more than one centimeter, you can consider curettage.

You should also consider the possibility of the following diseases: cervical polyps, acute vaginitis, severe cervical erosion, cervical cancer, uterine submucosal fibroids, etc. In addition, sometimes due to the placement of an intrauterine contraceptive ring, there is some blood mixed in the leucorrhea. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for examination, find out the cause of the disease under the guidance of a doctor, and make timely causal treatment.
