How to restore uterine cavity separation to normal

How to restore uterine cavity separation to normal

Uterine cavity separation refers to the accumulation of blood and fluid, or the presence of residues in the uterine cavity. General uterine cavity separation can be divided into several situations, such as uterine cavity separation, pelvic cavity separation, etc. Generally, after uterine cavity separation, patients need to develop good eating habits and participate in some physical exercise appropriately. They also need to undergo regular check-ups to see if there are any abnormal conditions.

What does uterine cavity separation mean?

Uterine cavity separation is a special term used in B-ultrasound examination, which usually means that there is blood, fluid or residue in the uterine cavity. Some people think that if they have not had an abortion, there will be no residue in the uterine cavity. However, after the menstruation is over, if the endometrium is not completely peeled off, this phenomenon can easily occur. Uterine cavity separation includes the following situations:

1. Hydrometra

It is usually caused by endometritis or cervical adhesion or obstruction. In this case, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a curettage.

2. What to do if pelvic fluid effusion and uterine cavity separation occur in early pregnancy

There are physiological and pathological types. Generally, the physiological type will occur after ovulation or in early pregnancy. This condition will disappear naturally and no treatment is required. Pathological pelvic effusion is often caused by inflammation such as pelvic inflammatory disease. Some patients may also suffer from ectopic pregnancy rupture, ovarian cancer, etc., and need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.

1. Develop good eating habits. Women should develop good eating habits after giving birth, eat more fresh vegetables and some high-protein foods, drink more warm water, and replenish the water and nutrients needed by the body in time. This will speed up the body's recovery and promote the early discharge of lochia in the uterine cavity.

2. Participate in physical exercise appropriately. You need to rest in bed after giving birth, but you should also pay attention to proper exercise. It does not mean that it is good to be inactive after giving birth. You should still increase physical activities to speed up your blood circulation, which is beneficial to improving and recovering your physical fitness.

3. Take medication. After giving birth, women need to take some medicine to promote the discharge of lochia, which can speed up the discharge of residues in the uterine cavity and allow their bodies to recover as soon as possible. The choice of medicine should be made under the guidance of a doctor, and you should not buy medicine on your own.

3. Get regular checkups. Relevant rehabilitation examinations are needed after delivery. B-ultrasound can be used to check the separation of the uterine cavity. If the endometrial thickness and the separation of the uterine cavity are within the normal range, it will not affect health.
