Precautions for biochemical abortion

There is no need to take a confinement period for ectopic pregnancy. Since ectopic pregnancy occurs after the fusion of sperm and egg, but before the embryo implants, miscarriage occurs during the process of embryo implantation. It is only a few days later than normal menstruation, and generally does not cause great harm to the body, but it also requires a few days of rest. In the past few days, you should avoid fatigue, avoid catching a cold, avoid eating spicy food, and avoid having sex too early. Generally, the body can recover after another menstrual period, and it usually has little or no effect on subsequent pregnancy.

After an ectopic pregnancy, it is recommended to prepare for pregnancy after three menstrual cycles have been repaired. Ectopic pregnancy, like miscarriage and embryonic arrest, is an abnormal pregnancy. Therefore, there will be certain changes in the female hormones in the pregnant woman's body, and there will be certain damage to the uterine wall. Therefore, it is recommended to wait for three menstrual cycles for the uterine wall to be repaired. If there are three normal menstrual cycles, it will be better to get pregnant again.

If you become pregnant again too early after an ectopic pregnancy, the risk of miscarriage, embryo arrest, and another ectopic pregnancy will increase. If there have been more than two ectopic pregnancies or miscarriages, a comprehensive health check should be conducted, including tests for autoimmune system diseases and antibodies.

Biochemical abortion means that when a blood test is performed, an increase in hcg gonadotropin can be detected, but the gestational sac cannot be seen by B-ultrasound. After a period of time, the hcg gonadotropin in the blood decreases, which is a biochemical abortion. Biochemical abortion has no symptoms. Some people may postpone their period for a few days when they have their period, but they will have their period normally after a few days. Some people can have their periods on time, and if a blood test is done before their periods, they can find out that they are pregnant. Therefore, biochemical abortion has no symptoms. If symptoms occur, it is not a biochemical abortion, but may be a spontaneous abortion or a threatened abortion.
