Are early symptoms of breast cancer painful?

Breast cancer is very harmful to women's bodies. In the early stages of the disease, the symptoms are not very obvious and can be easily ignored by patients. If pain is found, the disease is likely to have entered the late stage and will damage many tissues of the body, making treatment more difficult. So, will the early symptoms of breast cancer be painful?

First, will the early symptoms of breast cancer cause pain? The symptoms of breast cancer include nipple changes, nipple epidermal desquamation, erosion, retraction, discharge (bloody or serous), changes in breast contour, enlargement, bulging, enlargement, and hardening of the breast. Most breast cancer patients are asymptomatic, and a few have dull pain or tingling. The most common early symptoms are axillary lymph node metastasis and enlarged axillary lymph nodes.

Second, although some early breast cancer patients cannot feel a clear lump in the breast, they often have local discomfort, especially postmenopausal women, who sometimes feel mild pain and discomfort in one breast, or heaviness, soreness and discomfort in one shoulder and back, and even involve the upper arm on that side.

Third, in the early stages of breast cancer, the nipple may be located near the center and accompanied by nipple retraction. The breast skin has slight depression (medically known as "dimple syndrome"), nipple erosion, nipple asymmetry, or the breast skin becomes thicker and coarser with enlarged pores (medically known as "orange peel syndrome"). The early symptoms of breast cancer are not obvious, and breast lumps are usually the primary symptom. Some may also experience symptoms such as nipple discharge, nipple abnormalities, and changes in breast skin. Pain is rarely a symptom of breast cancer in the early stages. Pain usually occurs in the middle and late stages. Therefore, female friends must not think that the absence of breast pain has nothing to do with breast cancer. Regular check-ups, usually every 3-6 months, are necessary to prevent the disease before it occurs.

Will the early symptoms of breast cancer cause pain? There may be pain in the early stages of breast cancer, but the degree of pain may vary depending on each person's situation. In fact, early breast cancer can be cured. If it hurts, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination. It is very lucky to discover it early.
