What is the problem of small fleshy spots on the labia?

The labia is also a part of the female reproductive organs. When a woman's labia shows abnormalities, it also indicates that there is a problem with her health. In particular, many women may have some small fleshy particles in the labia area. This situation also needs to be considered in combination with many reasons. The specific symptoms are different, and the causes must be different, so it is necessary to use symptomatic medication during treatment. So what are the little particles on the labia?

1. Small fleshy bumps on the labia can be seen in genital warts. In general, condyloma acuminatum can be seen as clusters of small pink or white papillary warts, which are thin and soft finger-like protrusions. It can also be seen in genital herpes. Genital herpes is mainly manifested by scattered or clustered small blisters on the genital skin, which break and form ulcers or sores, causing pain. In addition, small fleshy bumps may appear on the labia majora, which may also be seen in papilloma. In general, papilloma needs to be differentiated from vulvar condyloma acuminatum and vulvar cancer.

2. The fleshy bumps on the labia majora are mostly considered to be female genital warts; the early symptoms are that genital warts on the labia majora appear as papules at first, which are light pink, small and soft. As time goes by, the papules will gradually increase in size and number, and slowly merge to form single or multiple growths. The growths appear as cauliflower-shaped, nipple-shaped protrusions, etc. It is delicate in nature, with an uneven surface and many small particles. Pus appears between the particles. Erosion, exudation, and bleeding may occur, and it may emit a foul odor. Most patients have no subjective symptoms, but a few experience itching, burning pain, and increased vaginal discharge.

3. Genital warts are transmitted directly through unclean sexual life or indirectly through contact with unclean things. Genital warts are highly contagious and have a high recurrence rate after cure. Therefore, both husband and wife must be treated together to avoid cross infection. Clinical treatment usually involves using laser to remove the warts, followed by application of acyclovir cream and oral administration of ganciclovir. If there is no recurrence within three months after treatment, it is basically considered cured.
