1. Longan, donkey-hide gelatin and red dates porridge

Ingredients: 100 grams of polished rice, 20 grams of longan meat, 10 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 10 grams of dates (dried), and 15 grams of white wine.

Method: Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water to make it swell, and drain the water. Take a large cup, pour in boiling water, put the donkey-hide gelatin and white wine in a small cup; place the small cup in the boiling water until the donkey-hide gelatin dissolves. Remove impurities from the longan pulp and wash it. Wash the red dates and remove the core. Add about 2000 ml of cold water, longan and red dates into the pot, cook over medium heat until one third of the water remains, then add in the rice, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until it becomes porridge, add in the melted donkey-hide gelatin and stir well.

2. Cordyceps Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1500 grams of chicken, 30 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, 15 grams of longan, 10 grams of dates (dried), 10 grams of salt, and 2 grams of MSG.

Method: Kill the chicken, clean it and remove the internal organs; wash and pit the jujube, and put it into the pot together with cordyceps and longan meat. Use 5 to 6 bowls of water, boil for about 5 hours, add salt and MSG to taste and then it is ready to drink.

3. Black Chicken Glutinous Rice Porridge

Ingredients: 150 grams of glutinous rice, 1200 grams of black-bone chicken, 6 grams of green onion, 4 grams of ginger, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of MSG, and 10 grams of cooking wine.

Method: Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in cold water for two or three hours, take it out and drain the water; rinse the black chicken, blanch it in boiling water and take it out; wash the green onion and ginger, cut them into sections and slices for later use. Take a pot, put in cold water, black chicken, add onion segments, ginger slices, and cooking wine. First boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the soup is thick and the chicken is tender. Take out the black chicken, pick out the scallion segments and ginger slices, add glutinous rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and continue cooking until the porridge is ready. Remove the chicken and tear it into pieces, then put it into the porridge, season it with salt and MSG, and serve.

What medicine should I take to regulate my body before my period

1. Traditional Chinese medicine:

Women with irregular menstruation can take Chinese medicine for treatment. The combined use of traditional Chinese medicines such as clove, callicarpa, cosmos, millettia reticulata, ophiopogon japonicus, donkey-hide gelatin, black snake, red and white peony root, safflower, peach kernel, astragalus, epimedium, Cistanche deserticola, Patrinia salsa, Cuscuta australis, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, raw coix seed, and red vine can achieve the effects of dredging meridians, removing blood stasis, clearing away dampness and heat, and replenishing qi and nourishing blood. However, you need to consult a doctor about which medicine to choose, how to combine it and the dosage to take. Do not take it on your own to avoid accidents caused by improper medication.

2. Chinese patent medicine

(1) Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills: soothe the liver, clear away heat, strengthen the stomach and nourish the blood. Used for distension and pain in the ribs, fatigue, loss of appetite, and early menstruation. Be careful to avoid eating raw, cold and greasy food, and avoid getting angry or overworked.

(2) Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan: It is used for the following symptoms caused by deficiency of both Qi and blood: irregular menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation, cold pain in the lower abdomen, weakness, sore waist and weak legs.

(3) Huahong Tablets: used for symptoms such as damp-heat invasion, thick yellow leucorrhea, irregular menstruation, and dysmenorrhea; and for patients with adnexitis with the above symptoms.

(4) Qizhi Xiangfu Pills: relieve depression, soothe qi, regulate menstruation and nourish blood. It is mainly used to treat delayed menstruation, chest and rib pain, and excessive leucorrhea. Used for irregular menstruation caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.

(5) Kangfuyan Capsules: clear away heat and detoxify, resolve blood stasis and relieve stagnation, remove dampness and stop leukorrhea. Used for gynecological inflammations such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, adnexitis, vaginitis, endometritis and pelvic inflammatory disease.
