It is best for women over 30 to have a breast ultrasound examination once a year, and women over 40 to have a mammogram and clinical examination once a year.

4. 6. Eat a diversified and nutritionally balanced diet. A balanced diet is the best way for cancer patients to maintain a normal weight after surgery. The diet should be balanced and diversified, without any partiality or taboos, and with a combination of meat and vegetables, and coarse and fine foods. When cooking, use steaming, boiling and stewing more often, and try to eat less fried food.
