No uterus or ovaries

No uterus or ovaries

The uterus and ovaries are two essential reproductive organs in the female body. If there is a problem with either of them, it will have a huge impact on a woman's normal fertility. However, some girls are born without uterus and ovaries due to chromosomal reasons. At this time, this situation can be effectively detected through relevant physical examinations. So what should we do if we don't have a uterus and ovaries?

The possible reasons are mainly: 1. Congenital developmental abnormalities leading to the absence of uterus and ovaries. During the critical period of reproductive system development, if affected by some harmful factors, the child may be congenitally without a uterus, or at the same time congenitally without ovaries. This situation usually occurs after the child enters puberty and has not had menstruation, and is only discovered when going to the hospital for a check-up. If the uterus and ovaries are completely absent, normal sexual function can be restored through appropriate surgical treatment, but it is difficult to restore normal menstruation and reproductive function.

2. Some women do not have a uterus and ovaries because they suffer from various serious uterine and ovarian diseases and undergo surgical removal of the uterus and ovaries for treatment, resulting in the patients being without a uterus and ovaries.

If a baby girl is born without a uterus and ovaries but has a vagina, it is often considered to be a chromosomal abnormality that leads to congenital absence of the uterus and ovaries. If the baby is born without a uterus, ovaries, or vagina, and no obvious male genitals, then you should consider that it is caused by an abnormality in the baby's sex chromosomes. Therefore, blood should be drawn for chromosome examination at this time to confirm whether the male baby's genitals did not fall out of the abdominal cavity, or whether the female baby's uterus and ovaries are lacking.
