Blood test for endocrine

Routine blood test is also an indispensable basic examination item in clinical medicine. This is mainly because routine blood tests can be used to infer the patient's blood indicators and whether there are various problems in the body. Among them, endocrine abnormality is a manifestation that many women have, and the most direct symptom caused by endocrine abnormality is a decrease in menstrual volume. So can blood tests be used to check endocrine?

1. If the menstrual volume is small, it is considered that there is a problem of irregular menstruation. If you want to check whether there is an endocrine disorder, you need to go to the hospital for a blood test on an empty stomach around 90 o'clock in the morning on the second or third day of menstruation. There are many reasons for irregular menstruation in women, such as uterine and ovarian dysfunction, endocrine disorders, and gynecological inflammation and infection. Therefore, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for an ultrasound three to one week after your menstruation ends to check the thickness of the endometrium, and then use Chinese and Western medicine to regulate and restore it.

2. Small menstrual volume is related to endocrine disorders. You can go to the hospital for a blood test. The blood test for 6 sex hormones can tell whether the ovarian hormones are normal. The 6 sex hormones should generally be checked in the hospital on the second or third day of menstruation. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital for blood tests on the second or third day of menstruation, and go on an empty stomach. After the results come out, take medication under the guidance of a doctor. If the results are normal, you can see a Chinese medicine gynecologist and get Chinese medicine for a period of time.

Endocrine examination should pay attention to:

1. Generally, the six female endocrine examinations are mostly performed by drawing serum for examination, and it is recommended to be performed on the third day of the menstrual period.

2. If amenorrhea occurs, it can be checked at any time. If hormones are used to regulate menstruation, the check can be done after drug treatment.

3. To ensure the accuracy of the examination, do not take sex hormone drugs at will before the examination. If you have taken them, it is recommended to check after the hormones are completely excreted to avoid misdiagnosis.
