What is the cause of leucorrhea bleeding?

The abnormal problem of leucorrhea is also an issue that every woman deserves attention, because abnormal leucorrhea is often closely related to female reproductive system diseases. Among them, leucorrhea bleeding is a problem that a small number of women will face. When leucorrhea is found and symptoms appear, women must not panic too much and find out the cause in time. The following article summarizes the causes of leucorrhea bleeding for female friends.

1. Physiological reasons: Some women find blood in their leucorrhea during ovulation. In fact, it is likely caused by ovulation bleeding. The amount of bleeding is very small and is often accompanied by mild abdominal pain. It is normal. Some women of childbearing age also have blood in their leucorrhea after using an IUD for contraception. It is likely because of the friction between the uterine wall and the IUD, causing a small amount of intrauterine bleeding.

2. Pathological reasons: Although some women have bloody leucorrhea due to normal physiological reasons, this is only a minority of cases. The vast majority of patients are caused by gynecological diseases. Such as cervical polyps, acute vaginitis, severe cervical erosion, uterine fibroids, etc.

In fact, the abnormal symptom of blood in leucorrhea is mostly caused by the following gynecological diseases:

1) Cervical polyps. Generally, there are no special symptoms. Only when women touch the polyps after strenuous exercise or during intercourse will bleeding occur, causing bloody leucorrhea. It should be noted that cervical polyps are best treated early, otherwise as the polyps grow larger, they may block the female cervix, preventing sperm from penetrating smoothly and affecting female conception.

2) Severe cervical erosion. Cervical erosion is divided into mild, moderate and severe. Severe cervical erosion is a type of erosion with a larger area, which has a great impact on women's health. It is easy to have increased vaginal discharge, yellow vaginal discharge with odor, and contact bleeding or bloody vaginal discharge after sexual intercourse.

3) Uterine fibroids. Bloody vaginal discharge is also an early sign of malignant tumors, uterine fibroids and other tumors. Women should pay attention to it and go to the hospital for examination in time to determine whether the tumor is benign. If it is a malignant tumor, it is best to seek treatment immediately and remove the tumor to avoid endangering women's health.

4) Vaginitis: Vaginitis is a common gynecological disease. Clinically, there are Trichomonas vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, etc. Generally, blood in leucorrhea is more common in the elderly, and the clinical manifestations are mostly contact bleeding.
