Delayed menstruation, increased leucorrhea, back pain

I believe that most women are familiar with the problem of delayed menstruation, because every woman has more or less menstrual disorders, and delayed menstruation is a common symptom of menstrual disorders. In addition to delayed menstruation, some women also find that their leucorrhea increases inexplicably and is accompanied by symptoms of back pain. What is going on?

1. Pregnancy: If pregnancy occurs, menstruation will stop. When the menstruation is due, it often does not come, and symptoms such as increased urination, changes in appetite, vomiting, and nausea occur. If women of childbearing age experience delayed menstruation, they should pay attention to whether they are pregnant.

2. Pelvic inflammatory disease: One of the most common gynecological diseases among female friends is pelvic inflammatory disease. When chronic pelvic inflammatory disease occurs, the main symptoms are increased amount of leucorrhea, irregular menstruation or increased amount of menstruation, pain and heaviness in the lower abdomen, soreness in the lumbar region, and frequent fatigue. This situation will be more serious before and after sexual intercourse and menstruation, and sometimes there will be low fever, general discomfort, insomnia, and lack of energy.

3. Uterine prolapse: This condition refers to the damage or weakening of the uterine tissue, which causes the uterus to fall into the vagina from its normal position. However, when women have uterine prolapse, the amount of leucorrhea often increases, and lumps will come out of the vaginal opening. When lying down to rest, the lumps will become smaller or even disappear, but in more severe cases, they cannot retract, and lower back pain will occur.

4. Uterine fibroids: When a woman develops uterine fibroids, she will also have more vaginal discharge, lower abdominal distension and pain, back pain, shorter and heavier menstrual cycles, longer menstrual periods, irregular vaginal bleeding, constipation and difficulty in defecation, frequent urination, and possible infertility.

5. Chronic cervicitis: When female friends suffer from chronic cervicitis, the symptoms are that the leucorrhea becomes more and more milky white mucus, sometimes light yellow pus, occasionally accompanied by a small amount of blood, low back pain, pelvic pain, this condition may also cause infertility.
