The follicles atrophied and I got pregnant

Pregnancy requires a healthy uterus, smooth fallopian tubes, and normal and perfect eggs. If any of these conditions is missing, it will be difficult to get pregnant. However, in today's daily life, more and more female friends are suffering from infertility, especially when the ovulatory follicles atrophy during the ovulation period. So, is it still possible to get pregnant if the follicles atrophy?

It is not easy for women to get pregnant when their ovarian follicles atrophy. Because it is difficult for a woman to get pregnant when her body's endocrine system is abnormal, and the egg is one of the components and is indispensable. As long as the healthy egg meets the healthy sperm after entering the fallopian tube, a sperm-egg fusion will occur, and the woman will become pregnant under such circumstances. However, if the egg shrinks abnormally, it is impossible to get pregnant normally.

Female friends with follicular atrophy should pay attention to getting more rest in their daily life. They can eat some nutritious foods, such as fish, fish head soup, black bean milk, etc. These foods are high in nutrients and can greatly improve the follicular atrophy of female friends.

Female friends should rest as much as possible during the ovulation period. It is best to stay at home and have a good rest during the ovulation period. You can take a proper nap in the afternoon, eat some fruits, foods with high nutritional value, etc. Don't do some strenuous exercise during the ovulation period.

The growth rate of the egg cell is about 1-3mm/day, and the closer to ovulation, the faster the growth rate. The mature follicle is 18-25mm, and the mature follicle usually ovulates within 24-48 hours.

A perfect egg should have three characteristics: a diameter greater than 18mm, and be round rather than oval, and have good sound transmission as determined by B-ultrasound. Once it is ready, it will be discharged quickly.

In each physiological cycle, only one egg is transformed into perfection, called a mature follicle. The other eggs are inhibited by inhibitory factors, stop growing and developing, and degenerate into locked eggs. From the 5th to 6th day of the cycle, the diameter of the egg is 5-7mm. On the 10th day, the diameter of the egg reaches 10mm, which can be clearly displayed by ultrasound. During a normal cycle, the rate of uterine growth is relatively stable, about 1 to 3 mm/day, and faster than 4 mm/day. The closer to ovulation, the faster the growth. It can grow by 7 mm in the 5 hours before ovulation, and can be fully expelled when it grows to 18-23 mm.

For some patients, the growth stops at a certain size, and if it does not grow, it is abnormal. The normal size of the follicle is 1.8-2.5cm. When the egg grows to a certain size, it shrinks, which is called luteinized uncleaved follicle syndrome. This disease refers to a group of syndromes in which the menstrual cycle is normal and ovulation is assumed, but the egg does not cleave and ovulation does not occur in the middle and late stages of the actual menstrual period. It is one of the key causes of infertility.

The egg is an important component of the female body's endocrine system. Two days after ovulation, the egg will meet normal sperm in the fallopian tubes, and then the sperm and egg will combine, and pregnancy will occur. If there is any abnormality in the egg, normal pregnancy will not be possible, so female friends should pay attention to maintaining their physical health.
