If you want to prevent menopause, the best way is to always observe your menstrual changes. If your menstruation often shows abnormal reactions, you should find a suitable method to improve it. Only when your menstruation is at a normal level can you prevent menopausal problems. Your daily diet should also be balanced, and you must not be picky about food.

Prevention and Improvement

Pay special attention to menstrual changes. If the menstrual period is prolonged for too long, the menstrual flow is too heavy, or vaginal bleeding or increased leucorrhea occurs after menopause, you should ask a doctor to check so as to detect menopausal cervical polyps, cervical cancer and other diseases as early as possible.

● Maintain mental health. As we age, the cerebral cortex is in a state of tension for a long time, which can cause mental, endocrine, and visceral dysfunction. Therefore, we should keep our emotions stable, and do not get annoyed, anxious, or angry when encountering things. We must not be anxious or restless.

Acupuncture treatment uses Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Taichong, Baihui and other acupoints to nourish the liver and kidneys and strengthen the spleen and stomach. You can also use plum blossom needles to lightly tap the above-mentioned acupoints. The ear acupuncture points include Shenmen, Jiaogan, Xin, Gan, and Shen. You can also make your own rapeseed or rubber patches. Just cut the rubber glue into 0.5 cm squares, put a rapeseed or fenugreek seed in the middle of the rubber glue, stick it on the above-mentioned ear acupoints and press until there is local soreness but it is tolerable. You can press several times a day. Remove the rubber after 2 days to prevent ear skin ulceration over time.

For massage therapy, select acupoints such as Ganshu, Shenshu, Baihui, Quchi, Neiguan, Sanyinjiao, Zhongwan, and Yongquan. You can use thumb pressing, pushing, or holding methods, all of which may adjust yin and yang, strengthen the spleen and kidney, nourish yin and liver, and treat menopausal syndrome.

The acupoints for cupping are from cervical 7 to lumbar 5 on the Du channel and bladder meridian. Cupping is performed on the heart point, diaphragm point, kidney point, etc., with the cup left in each point for 5 to 10 minutes, once every other day. It can regulate qi, activate blood circulation, and adjust yin and yang.

Diet therapy: Huai Yam Porridge: Cook polished rice and Huai Yam together into porridge, which is used to treat those with spleen deficiency and fatigue; those with low back pain can take Eucommia ulmoides porridge, which is made by boiling 50 grams of Eucommia ulmoides in water, discarding the residue and keeping the juice, and then cooking it into porridge with 100 grams of polished rice. It is beneficial for long-term use; Walnut kernel porridge: Take 50 grams of polished rice, 20 grams of walnut kernel, 20 grams of Euryale ferox, 20 grams of lotus seed, add 1000 ml of water, cook it into porridge and it can be taken for a long time. It has the effect of strengthening the spleen and kidney. Soft-shelled turtle with wolfberry: Take a soft-shelled turtle, remove the internal organs and shell, scrape off the outer sand, add 30 grams of wolfberry into the belly and add appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, sugar, salt, cooking wine, pepper, etc., steam until the meat is cooked, eat the meat and drink the soup. It has the function of nourishing yin and tonifying the liver and kidneys.
