Female friends are always prone to pre-marital anxiety before getting married. This problem is difficult to overcome on their own. They should do some psychological counseling as soon as possible to make their mood improve faster and not be in a tense state all the time. They should learn to relax themselves and do some physical exercises. This kind of exercise can stabilize their emotions.

Self-relaxation exercise: When you feel anxious, sit down first. Clench your fists and tense your arms, feeling the tension in your upper limbs. Then suddenly open your fists and feel the heaviness, weakness, and relaxation of your arms. Do it repeatedly several times, and your physical relaxation will lead to mental relaxation.

Physical exercise: Physical activity is helpful in relieving anxiety. For those who are prone to impatience, they should participate in more sports such as jogging, Tai Chi, chess, swimming, etc., which can enhance self-control and stabilize emotions.

Change the environment: listen to more soothing and smooth music; participate in some outdoor activities, get close to nature, cultivate the hobbies of music, chess, calligraphy and painting, which can cultivate your temperament.

Do what you should do, don't let your emotions control you; don't escape from life because you are in a bad mood. Just keep going and you will find that things are not as bad as you expected.

A person who has no sense of responsibility and ability to take responsibility. Men and women who are immature, highly dependent, and have poor living abilities are prone to feeling nervous and anxious about their upcoming marriage life. Psychology believes that people who fulfill their married life must have a certain degree of maturity and sense of responsibility, and need to have a certain degree of rational thinking and ability to cope with life. Those who are too adapted to a free life before marriage are used to living a free life. They worry that once they get married, they will lose their independence and freedom, and their social circle will shrink or even close. Therefore, they unconsciously develop a fear of marriage that may suppress their current various psychological desires.

Getting married is a good thing. Facing the future, the couple should communicate more and jointly draw up a grand blueprint for a beautiful every day after marriage, instead of just being anxious and uneasy on their own, which then turns into an anxiety disorder. Pre-marital anxiety is a common problem nowadays and it is an issue that should be paid attention to in today's society. Many young people are reluctant to get married because they are afraid of life after marriage, and their parents become anxious, so it is urgent to overcome pre-marital anxiety.
