Woman with cervical spondylosis

Woman with cervical spondylosis

I don’t know if you have noticed that in daily life, there are obviously more women than men suffering from cervical spondylosis. Cervical spondylosis has become a serious disease that plagues young people in modern society, because it can cause many complications, such as neck pain, dizziness, numbness of the head, etc. But why are women more likely to suffer from cervical spondylosis than men?

Common symptoms of cervical spondylosis:

The clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis are relatively complex. The main symptoms include neck and back pain, upper limb weakness, numbness of fingers, lower limb weakness, difficulty walking, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and even blurred vision, tachycardia and difficulty swallowing.

Causes of cervical spondylosis:

1. Age factor

As we age, various degenerative changes occur in the cervical spine.

2. Chronic strain

Refers to injuries caused by excessive activities beyond the normal range, such as:

Improper working posture;

Poor sleep, improper pillow height or improper position;

Recurrent stiff neck;

Inappropriate physical exercise, such as improper handstands, somersaults, etc.

3. Trauma

On the basis of cervical degeneration and instability, trauma to the head and neck is more likely to induce the occurrence and recurrence of cervical spondylosis.

4. Developmental spinal stenosis

5. Congenital malformation of the cervical spine

6. Metabolic and rheumatic diseases

Many people don’t know that people with cervical spondylosis are actually “lechers” who particularly like to find beautiful women.

Why?

1. Wearing high heels for a long time

Wearing high heels for a long time will cause a person's center of gravity to shift forward excessively, causing the pelvis to tilt forward, the contact area between the vertebrae to become smaller, and the stress points of the lumbar and cervical vertebrae to be concentrated. The pressure on the vertebrae will increase rapidly, which can easily aggravate the injury.

2. Too tight underwear

Tight bras or bra straps that are too tight can cause the cervical muscles to be in a state of tension for a long time. Long-term fatigue in the shoulders and neck can cause poor blood circulation, accelerate muscle aging, lead to weakened muscle toughness, and lose the ability to pull and protect the cervical spine.

3. Frequent hair shaking

Fairies all have long hair like waterfalls, which they shake whenever they have nothing to do, making their movements charming and seductive. However, doing this action repeatedly can easily increase the wear and tear on the neck and lead to cervical spondylosis.

4. Tie-neck halter top

Wearing a tank top around the neck can easily cause the neck to flex forward, leading to tension and spasm in the neck muscles, causing dynamic imbalance in the neck and affecting normal physiological curvature. Moreover, the neck is completely exposed, which can easily cause the neck and back muscles to catch cold and induce cervical spondylosis.
