It is not advisable to become pregnant if you have a reproductive system infection. We know that there are many types of infections, and some of them are very detrimental to eugenics. Pregnancy in such circumstances often causes a lot of trouble.

The most common causes are inflammation of the reproductive organs, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, etc. The presence of these diseases is not conducive to eugenics and pregnancy should be achieved after cure. Therefore, women suffering from this disease must actively seek treatment to avoid affecting their fertility.

It is not advisable to get pregnant when there are hidden dangers in the fallopian tubes. The fallopian tube is an organ that cannot be abnormal during reproduction. If it is completely blocked, reproduction is naturally impossible. When it is unobstructed, pregnancy is still possible. However, getting pregnant when the fallopian tube is obstructed is very risky. This is because obstructed fallopian tube is one of the most important factors leading to ectopic pregnancy. As long as there is a problem with the fallopian tube, you should not have any fluke mentality, but should treat it seriously and get pregnant only after making sure it is completely unobstructed.

What tests should women take if they are not pregnant?

1. Reproductive system examination: In addition to general visual examination and palpation, colposcopy and internal examination (bimanual or trimanual examination) are also required to gain a preliminary understanding of the general conditions of the vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and pelvic cavity, such as the size and position of the uterus, whether there are lumps or tenderness in the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, whether there is pain when lifting the uterus, the mobility of the appendages, etc.

2. Ovulation function test: It can be judged by measuring basal body temperature, cervical mucus or hormone measurement.

3. Hysterosalpingography: Mainly to understand whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed, whether the development of the uterus and fallopian tubes is normal, and whether there are any deformities. It also has a therapeutic effect on those with poor patency of the fallopian tubes (such as mild adhesions).
