Ejaculation at the vaginal opening

Ejaculation at the vaginal opening

There are many methods of contraception. For some couples, the method of external ejaculation is used for contraception, but this method is generally not particularly reliable. If semen appears at the vaginal opening, it may cause a small amount of semen to enter the vagina, so it is possible to cause pregnancy. We should still pay attention to this aspect. Let us briefly understand this aspect below.

Ejaculation at the vaginal opening

If you don't have actual sexual intercourse, you generally won't get pregnant. However, if semen from the vaginal opening enters the vagina, pregnancy is possible. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital for a urine pregnancy test or a blood test for HCG and progesterone to rule out pregnancy. If you are not pregnant, you can check six sex hormones and B-ultrasound to find out the cause. Under the guidance of a doctor, use medication to regulate menstruation, and pay attention to rest and relax.

How much sex can lead to pregnancy

To increase the chance of conception, it is best to have sex every other day during the ovulation period, because the average survival time of sperm in the female reproductive tract after being released from the body is: 0.5 to 2.5 hours in the vagina, 48 hours in the cervix, 24 hours in the uterus, and 48 hours in the fallopian tube. An egg is released from the ovary and survives in the fallopian tube for about 12 to 16 hours. Fertilization occurs in or near the cumulus of the fallopian tube.

Having sex every two days a week before ovulation can ensure that sperm and other sperm arrive in the fallopian tube and meet the egg early or on time. This type of sexual intercourse has a significantly higher pregnancy rate than sexual intercourse after ovulation. The best time for sex is between 5 and 7 p.m. Because both the quantity and quality of sperm vary greatly throughout the day, and reach their peak during this period. It also happens that this is when women are most likely to conceive.

Normal women of childbearing age have menstruation once a month. The period from the beginning of this menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation is called a menstrual cycle. From the perspective of contraception, each menstrual cycle of a woman can be divided into the menstrual period, ovulation period and safe period. Generally speaking, the ovaries of women of normal childbearing age release only one egg per month. The egg can survive for 1 to 2 days after being released, and the sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for 2 to 3 days. The fertilization ability is mostly within 24 hours after ovulation. After 2 to 3 days, the sperm loses the ability to combine with the egg.

Therefore, if you have sexual intercourse 2 to 3 days before ovulation and 1 to 2 days after ovulation, you may get pregnant. This period is called the fertile period or the dangerous period. A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. The rest of the time except the menstrual period is called the safe period.
