Sheehan's syndrome refers to ischemic necrosis caused by ischemia or embolism of the anterior pituitary gland due to postpartum hemorrhage, hypopituitarism, leading to ovulation disorders, accompanied by hypofunction of multiple endocrine glands such as the thyroid and adrenal glands.

5) Hypothalamic dysfunction leads to anovulation, causing patient tension, anorexia nervosa, simple weight loss amenorrhea, and amenorrhea caused by excessive exercise.
