What causes excessive vaginal discharge?

Leucorrhea is a secretion from the vagina. Under normal circumstances, it is white and transparent. If there is a gynecological disease, the leucorrhea will turn yellow, so female friends should understand the symptoms corresponding to abnormal leucorrhea. When the amount of leucorrhea increases, it may be due to the onset of pregnancy, or it may be due to endocrine disorders and the onset of menstruation, so female friends should pay attention to vaginal hygiene.

1. Foreign matter enters the uterus

If a foreign object enters the reproductive organs, or if there is gauze, tampons, menstrual plugs, etc. in the vagina, it will also cause excessive vaginal discharge.

Cervical diseases such as lacerations during childbirth, changes in sex hormones, or inflammation of the cervix caused by sexual activity may lead to cervical erosion and excessive vaginal discharge.
