What organs are damaged when a woman gets angry?

Female friends are more prone to anger than male friends, especially during those special days of each month, when they always feel irritable. Frequent anger is very harmful to our bodies. For women, frequent anger is more harmful to the liver and uterus, and the skin will age faster and the complexion will look worse. So what organs are damaged when women are often angry?

The most "unlucky" part is the skin, followed by the uterus, breast and thyroid gland. In addition, anger also affects organs such as the brain, stomach, and heart, which leads to endocrine disorders. The brain then orders the body to synthesize more cortisol. If this substance accumulates too much in the body, it will affect the normal functioning of immune cells, reduce resistance, and cause disease.

1. Skin. When you are angry, the increased toxins in the brain's blood will stimulate the hair follicles, causing varying degrees of inflammation around the hair follicles, resulting in pigmentation problems.

2. Uterus and breast. When men get angry, it hurts their livers; when women get angry, it hurts their breasts and uterus. The breast is connected to the spleen and stomach system, and the uterus is connected to the liver. If the qi rises, it will damage the mammary glands, and if it sinks, it will damage the uterus.

3. Thyroid. Being angry all the time can cause thyroid dysfunction and hyperthyroidism.

4. Brain. A large amount of blood rushes to the brain, the pressure in cerebral blood vessels increases, and the blood contains the most toxins at this time, further accelerating the aging of the brain.

5. Lungs. When women are emotionally impulsive, their breathing will become rapid and they may even hyperventilate. The alveoli keep expanding and have no time to contract, so they don't get the proper relaxation, which endangers the health of the lungs.

6. Stomach. Anger can cause sympathetic nerve excitement, which directly acts on the heart and blood vessels, reducing gastrointestinal blood flow and slowing peristalsis. In severe cases, it can cause gastric ulcers.

7. Heart. A large amount of blood rushes to the brain and face, which reduces the blood supply to the heart and causes myocardial ischemia. In order to meet the needs of the body, the heart has to work twice as hard, so the heartbeat becomes more irregular and causes disease.
