Black discharge from the lower body

Black discharge from the lower body

It is very important for women to keep their private parts clean and hygienic, especially during the menstrual period, they must keep them clean and breathable to avoid bacterial infection. When a woman has black discharge from her lower body, she should consider the causes from several aspects. One is that it is caused by ovulation; the second is that she has endometritis; the third is that she has vaginitis. Of course, there are more reasons than these. You can do a detailed gynecological examination.

What is the cause of black discharge from the lower body?

Ovulation bleeding is a condition that usually occurs about 14 days before menstruation. However, in most people, there is no such phenomenon. The cause of ovulation bleeding is that the follicle ruptures, and the estrogen level drops after ovulation, which cannot maintain the normal growth of the endometrium and causes endometrial breakthrough bleeding. You don't have to worry about it. This phenomenon is also a physiological phenomenon. Due to individual differences, only a few people will have ovulation bleeding. There are roughly two reasons for ovulation bleeding:

1. Imbalance in sex hormone secretion causes large fluctuations in hormone levels during ovulation, resulting in obvious bleeding.

2. Chronic inflammation of the endometrium or inflammatory thickening of the ovarian surface causes obvious congestion of the endometrium during ovulation, and bleeding is not easy to stop on its own, or the inflammatory thickened surface of the follicle ruptures and the bleeding increases than normal, and flows back into the uterine cavity with the peristalsis of the fallopian tube and is discharged from the body through the vagina. Ovulation bleeding does not have much impact on the body and generally does not require treatment.

If the bleeding is as much as normal menstrual flow, or lasts for more than 5 days, you need to go to the hospital for examination to rule out other diseases, such as lesions of the vagina, cervix, endometrium and ovaries. During the bleeding period, you should avoid excessive fatigue and get more rest; keep the vulva clean to prevent pelvic infection; do not eat spicy or overly sweet foods, and apply hot compresses to the abdomen when abdominal pain is severe; at the same time, keep your emotions stable and avoid excessive tension; you should strengthen physical exercise and enhance your physical fitness.

In fact, diseases are not terrible, and some diseases will be fine if they are discovered and treated early. It is just that sometimes the disease is delayed due to one's own negligence. At the same time, some symptoms are not diseases but normal phenomena, just like the black secretions mentioned above. Sometimes it is normal, but sometimes it is caused by disease. In this case, you should pay attention and go to the hospital for treatment in time.
