Causes of intrauterine hemorrhage

Causes of intrauterine hemorrhage

For women who have undergone cesarean section, they must be careful about the problem of intrauterine hemorrhage, because intrauterine hemorrhage is a very serious sequelae after cesarean section. Normally, after a caesarean section, the uterus of a woman will contract, causing lochia to be discharged. However, if a woman's uterus does not contract much and the force of the contraction is not strong, it may cause residual lochia in the uterine cavity. This is also the specific cause of intrauterine bleeding. Let’s take a look at the relevant causes and treatment plans for intrauterine bleeding.

1. The phenomenon of intrauterine blood accumulation in pregnant women is not common. It may be caused by excessive expansion of the female uterine wall due to the large fetus, or it may be caused by the decrease of uterine muscle fibers and increase of connective tissue in multiparous pregnant women. Delayed labor leads to uterine muscle fiber fatigue and uterine hypoplasia. This can easily lead to uterine atony after surgery, bleeding in early pregnancy, and thus intrauterine bleeding.

2. It is abnormal for women to have blood accumulation in the uterine cavity during pregnancy. This is a precursor to miscarriage, which may be caused by too little estrogen or progesterone secretion. Patients need to pay attention to timely treatment, such as bed rest, progesterone supplementation, and keeping a relaxed and happy mood. However, if the patient bleeds for a long time, it may be a failure of fetal preservation. At this time, surgical treatment should be performed to terminate the pregnancy and clean the tissue in the uterine cavity.

3. It may also be caused by the decrease of uterine muscle fibers and the increase of connective tissue in pregnant women with multiple births. Delayed labor leads to fatigue of uterine muscle fibers and uterine hypoplasia.

Uterine hemorrhage in the early stages of pregnancy can easily make people suspect that it is a symptom of miscarriage, so it is very necessary to go to the hospital for confirmation, so as to avoid the indiscriminate use of drugs and unnecessary obstacles to the growth of the fetus. However, if female friends experience uterine hemorrhage during pregnancy, don't panic, just get timely treatment according to the diagnosis. If the patient is not suitable for preserving the pregnancy, she should also pay attention to rationally accepting treatment for termination of pregnancy. If the gestational sac tissue is not treated for a long time, infection may occur. In severe cases, there is even a risk of hysterectomy. Therefore, the patient's treatment should be communicated with the doctor in a timely manner. After treatment, the patient should also pay attention to maintaining the uterus, be careful not to catch a cold, and rest in bed for a while.

What to do if there is hematocele in early pregnancy

Pregnancy intrauterine hematoma is prone to occur in early pregnancy. The treatment methods for it are as follows:

1. The cause of intrauterine blood accumulation is threatened abortion, or it may be bleeding caused by cyclical changes in another part of the endometrium.

2. There is no good treatment. It will be absorbed naturally. If it expands, it will cause miscarriage.

3. We can only observe now, and if there is any sign of miscarriage, it needs to be dealt with in a timely manner.
