Every woman is afraid of suffering from gynecological diseases, because gynecological diseases can cause serious harm to a woman's body and mind. However, since the causes of gynecological diseases are different for each patient, the treatment measures taken during the treatment process are also different. Among them, gynecological viral infection sounds like a more serious gynecological disease, so what is gynecological viral infection?

Gynecological viral infection in women generally refers to viral cervicitis caused by women being infected with high-risk human papillomavirus, or HPV. Viral cervicitis is a common disease among women of childbearing age. If the human body has some fever, clusters or single herpes will often appear around the mouth, and this simple herpes is caused by a virus. If this simple virus causes inflammation of the cervix, the disease is called viral cervicitis. After the initial infection with the herpes virus, the lesions are latent and can be stored in the posterior root of the ganglion for a long time, and can cause the disease. There are many types of cervicitis, including many pathogenic viruses. The most common ones are what we call HPV virus and herpes simplex virus.

Treatment of gynecological viral infections

l. Acyclovir (ACV): It is currently recognized as the drug of choice. The method of use should be tailored to the different situations of GH.

(1) Initial GH: Oral administration of ACV 200 mg, 5 times a day for 7 consecutive days; or intravenous drip of ACV 5 ml, 3 times a day for 5 to 7 consecutive days.

(2) Recurrent GH: Take ACV 200 mg orally, 5 times a day; or lie down at 800 m twice a day for 5 consecutive days. If treatment is started at the onset of symptoms, some patients may not experience typical symptoms. When relapses are frequent, ACV 200 mg can be taken orally, 3 times a day, for 6 to 12 months.

(3) Immunosuppressed patients: For HIV-infected patients, GH should be taken orally at a dose of 400 mg 3 to 5 times a day. If the condition is serious, 400 mg/kg each time, intravenous drip, every 8hl, until recovery.

(4) Herpetic prurigo: Take ACV 200 mg orally, 5 times a day, for 7 to 10 days.

(5) HSV proctitis: Oral administration of ACV 400 mg, 5 times a day, can shorten the course of the disease. Patients with impaired immunity or severe illness can receive intravenous drip of ACV 5 mg/(kg·8h).

(6) Neonatal HSV: intravenous drip of ACV 30 mg/(kg·d) or adenine 30 mg/(kg·d) is usually used for 10-14 days.

2. Interferon (IFN) primary GH: intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, 1 million U-3 million U for adults, 50,000 U/(kg·d) for children, 1 week-2 weeks. Recurrent GH: intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, 3 million U-6 million U for adults, 100,000 U/(kg"
