Infertility after 3 years of marriage

Infertility after 3 years of marriage

At present, the country still advocates late marriage and late childbearing, so many newlyweds are not in a hurry to have children after marriage, but some couples let nature take its course. For those couples who let nature take its course, if they have not gotten pregnant within three years, it means that one of the man and woman may be infertile. So what should they do if they have not gotten pregnant after three years of marriage?

If you haven't gotten pregnant after three years of marriage, it means you are infertile and you must go to the hospital for relevant examinations to confirm the truth. Generally speaking, the more common reasons are the following: first, ovulation disorder, second, semen abnormalities, third, fallopian tube abnormalities, and fourth, unexplained infertility. The fifth is endometriosis, and other causes such as supply factors are relatively rare. The first three can mostly be solved through treatment, but some cannot be solved by either medication or surgery, such as male azoospermia, which cannot be solved.

Pregnancy is the process of sperm and egg combining to implant in the uterine cavity and successfully give birth to a fetus. Any problem in this process will lead to infertility. The first is the sperm issue. Due to changes in eating habits and living habits, there are more and more men with azoospermia and asthenospermia. Therefore, if conception has not occurred for a long time, the man will first be asked to have a semen routine check to understand the motility and survival of the sperm.

In addition, there is the problem of the female's eggs. Many diseases can cause anovulation, and anovulation will directly affect conception. Problems with the fallopian tubes are also a common problem. Sperm and egg meet in the fallopian tube. If the fallopian tube is blocked or the road is muddy, the sperm's path will be blocked, leading to infertility. It is also possible that the path for sperm and egg to swim to the uterine cavity for implantation after forming a fertilized egg is blocked, which will lead to the more common fallopian tube pregnancy among ectopic pregnancies. As people's minds are now more open, premarital sex has been accepted by the general public, which has also greatly increased the incidence of abortion. I once saw a woman in the outpatient clinic who had a history of four abortions before marriage. She had not been able to get pregnant for many years after marriage. This was because the multiple abortions caused damage to the endometrium, affecting the implantation of the fertilized egg and thus pregnancy. Infertility caused by immune factors is becoming more and more common.

The above are some common reasons. First go to the hospital for relevant examinations to find out the cause of infertility, and then treat it symptomatically.
