If the patient experiences vulvar itching, it is best to take a sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution, or apply anti-inflammatory and antipruritic ointment to improve the symptoms. Try not to scratch with your hands, otherwise it will cause skin damage and affect the patient's mood. The patient may become irritable and it will seriously affect his normal life and work.

Second, patients may experience symptoms of difficulty urinating or bleeding during urination, which requires early treatment and early detection. Early detection and early treatment can achieve good treatment results and reduce the damage caused by the disease to the body. This disease will affect the quality of the patient's sexual life. The patient will experience pain during sexual intercourse. It is best for the patient to wash the vulva with warm water every night before going to bed.

Third, the vulvar skin is congested, red and swollen, and the exudate increases. If scratched with hands, skin ulcers will form, the skin will break or there will be blisters and papules. Patients can take oral anti-inflammatory drugs to control the progression of the disease, or apply Bactroban for auxiliary treatment. If treatment is not timely, the vulvar skin may be damaged, which may cause local pain in the vulvar skin.

The main characteristics of vulvitis are that patients will experience symptoms of vulvar itching or difficulty urinating. If scratched with hands, it can easily cause damage to the vulvar skin and form vulvar ulcers, which will seriously affect the patient's normal life and work, cause the patient to become irritable, and be detrimental to the treatment of the disease.
