Pregnant woman with pain

Women will have many adverse conditions in their bodies after becoming pregnant. Some women will experience pain in their lower body after becoming pregnant. There are many reasons for this situation. If this situation occurs in the late pregnancy, it is probably caused by the increase in the size of the child, or it may be caused by the fetus entering the pelvis, but it cannot be ruled out that it is caused by some diseases. Therefore, people need to pay special attention to this situation. The following will introduce why there is pain in the lower body during pregnancy.

It may be due to the baby's growth or the baby entering the pelvis that pain in the toes, hips, or legs may occur. At this time, try to do less exercise, pay more attention to rest, and prepare for the arrival of the baby.

Generally, this kind of pain will occur in the middle and late stages of pregnancy. You should pay attention to rest more and not do too much exercise. In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, you should pay attention to strengthening your nutrition. If you are calcium deficient, you are prone to this kind of pain. After a woman becomes pregnant, if she experiences pain in her lower body, especially around the vagina, she should check whether it is caused by a gynecological disease. Vaginitis is particularly common during pregnancy, and if it is not effectively treated before delivery, a natural birth cannot be performed. The physical pain is not in the lower body, it may cause premature birth or delay delivery.

Pain around the vagina may occur at 35 weeks of pregnancy. This may be due to separation of the pubic symphysis. The vulvar nerves are relatively rich and sensitive to pain. Whether premature birth is possible depends on whether there are uterine contractions and changes in the cervical canal. It is recommended to have an ultrasound examination to understand the changes in the cervix. If regular abdominal pain occurs, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to avoid premature birth.

Considering the possibility of varicose veins, it is mainly due to the effect of endocrine hormones in women during pregnancy, which causes changes in veins in various parts of the body, and the function of venous valves and the protective effect of muscles around blood vessels are damaged. When the uterus enlarges, the blood flow to the uterus increases, and the venous pressure increases, which causes the pressure of the inferior vena cava to increase accordingly, causing the venous wall to expand and twist, forming varicose veins. Varicose veins generally occur in the vulva and legs. Expectant mothers will feel swelling in the vulva and lower limbs, and the longer they stand, the more uncomfortable they feel. In the second and third trimesters, you should reduce your workload and avoid standing or lying in one position for a long time. When sitting, avoid crossing your legs to avoid obstructing the return of veins.
